Felipe González Jiménez de la Espada started this firm in Madrid – Spain with the idea of creating singular – unique projects and design, no matter what size or type of clientele that will enriches people’s lives. “Each client knows what they want and knows what they need…” they just need someone that listen them in order to bring their ideas, their illusions, their dreams and their needs to a harmonic reality. The key for a good creation – project – design is always to listen to our clients, that is exactly what we do in Sukyf since we started more than 25 years ago with our first project.

We are a multidisciplinar studio firm with professionals and expertises from many different countries and specialities. In the past 25 years we have been involved in many industrial, comercial, sport facilities, hospitality and residential project.
Without any doubts, we became a reference worldwide when it comes to Luxury Contemporary Tropical Residences. Specially in South East Asia, with a portfolio of over a 1oo projects in luxury tropical residences, we are still exploring the mediterranean contemporary influence into modern tropical states that makes singular and unique forms and shapes on every building that we take part.
We do believe designing homes means integral solutions and turnkey services involving all disciplines that create that singularity on every project: Interior Design, art consulting, lighting and decoration, gardening irrigation and landscaping together architecture design is the way to deliver unique singular designs.
There is no home in the world that could be amazing without a beautiful interior design. The building is the body the interiors are the soul. All persons with a good Soul are amazing people the same applies to a good villa, the interiors brings up to another level a good architectural design.
Textures, colours, materials always on a simple elegant way. Sober elegant designs should not have more than 3 different elements on any visual environment that we create. That is what bring and invisible harmony, peace and flow of the spaces that we live in.
